After distinguished roles at PwC and the New York State government, Anthony saw the need for a different kind of consultancy—one that prioritizes insight over prediction. Instead of chasing forecasts, we focus on what drives outcomes: behavior, policy shifts, and emerging risks. By decoding economic and political signals before they disrupt operations, we empower our clients to make resilient, forward-thinking decisions.

Who Are We?

With more than 25 years of leadership across government, academia, and the private sector, Anthony brings deep expertise in tax policy and economic development. He has held senior roles within New York State government, including leadership with the Assembly’s Ways and Means Committee and as Revenue Director for the Division of the Budget, where he helped shape fiscal strategy at the highest levels. In the private sector, he served as a Manager at PwC, advising high-profile clients such as Marriott International, Hyatt, and Goldman Sachs on complex fiscal and economic matters, and continues to provide strategic counsel to multinational corporations and emerging enterprises. Anthony has also spent many years teaching economics at the University at Albany and Siena College, reflecting his commitment to bridging rigorous academic analysis with practical application. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and master’s degrees in Economics and Economic Development, grounding his work in both scholarly and real-world expertise.
